Вчера я был в аптеке в Москве.
Yesterday I was at a pharmacy in Moscow.
Я чувствовал себя плохо.
I felt bad.
У меня болела голова.
I had a headache. (Literally: At me ached head.)
Я не говорю хорошо по-русски, но я сказал: «У меня болит голова».
I don’t speak Russian well, but I said: “I have a headache.”
Фармацевт понял меня.
The pharmacist understood me.
Он показал мне таблетки и сказал: «Это от головной боли».
He showed me pills and said: “This is for headaches.”
Я купил их.
I bought them.
Я заплатил 200 рублей.
I paid 200 rubles.
Дома я выпил таблетку и немного отдохнул.
At home I took a pill and rested a little.
Мне стало лучше.
I felt better. (Literally: To me it became better.)
Я был рад, что смог купить нужное лекарство.
I was glad that I was able to buy the necessary medicine.
